Once you add this item to cart a form will pop up that will answer any questions you have and supply me with all the information I need. Here is what is included in your custom sign:

• Your pet’s name up top in script with a floral letter (as shown in the pictures)
• A custom text option for the smaller words underneath your pet’s name. Please note that you are limited to a 20 word character limit (including spacing)
• Choose between a hexagon or ornate rectangle (both options shown)
• material: wood
• size of sign: approx 8" x 5" for rectangle and approx 6” x 7” for hexagon
• ribbon on sign will vary depending on what we have in stock, let us know if your pet is a male or female and we'll pick a color accordingly!
• depth of wood sign: approx 1/8" thick
• engraved
