SHIPPING POLICIES
• Art prints, greeting cards, stickers, grab bags and other non custom items will ship with in 5 business days via first class US mail with tracking. If you are a US resident your items will take an additional 2-3 business days to get to you.
• Custom portraits: Please see shipping timelines mentioned in the product description.
• Wedding and Events: Based on your scope of work a shipping timeline will be provided. Generally wedding invitations cant take 4-6 weeks to ship, we need time to design your items, print, package and ship.
• Laser Cut Items: Vary by items, generally 1 item will ship with in 5 business days via first class US mail with tracking. If you are a US resident your items will take an additional 2-3 business days to get to you. 2-15 items will take approximately 8 business days, 16-30 items will take approximately 10 business days, 31-60 items will take approximately 14 business days and anything over 61 items can take over 18 business days. The long timelines are due to how long it takes to engrave and cut your items.
